Description: The scope of the work was to install 64 horizontal anchors, 28 long, 142 kips. The anchors are inside a drop shaft 300 feet below grade. The anchors were grouted in two stages using non shrink grout. For this unique project we designed and built a platform to overcome the restricted access problems and to have the ability to evacuate in case of flood.
