Description:

The project consisted of the installation of high capacity strand anchors designed to mitigate a land slide that is endangering a Forest Service road. Project included installing 100 anchors along the slide in rough terrain in a remote area of Arkansas. The anchors were stressed against large precast blocks to mitigate the earth movement.
